Rice Parcels

These amazing rice parcels are one of our favourite dinners. It’s the dinner where you can load up on all your leftover veggies and it’s super quick and easy to make. Who doesn’t love a dinner that is super quick to whip up? You can sub out any of the below veggies and add whatever you please. You can also add any type of meat. We love adding some twiggy sticks or chicken or you could even do prawns however you’d need to amend the cooking time / allow time to precook the meat. Spinach & 3 Cheese Muffins

If you like savoury muffins, you’re absolutely going to love these. The 3-cheese combo is delicious; but if you’re not a fan of haloumi (what … who doesn’t like it!) just add a bit more feta instead. Best eaten whilst still hot or they are extra yummy if you toast them in a fry or grill pan. Heat the pan, melt a dob of butter, slice the muffin in half and place in the pan. AR’s BBB – Best Banana Bread

We aren’t kidding. This is the BBB because it’s soooooo easy to make, turns out perfect every time and tastes incredibly delicious. We use a hand-held electric beater, if you don’t have an electric mixer you can make it by hand, it will need a bit of bicep work but it’s doable. We have suggested a few options so that you can adjust the recipe to suit your taste and likes.Eat cold or better still toast it to melt the choc chips just a little more. YUM! Guaranteed to please EVERYONE! Plus, you can freeze the cooked BBB for later use and it’s just as delicious, although you’ll have to be quick to store it before it all gets eaten....

Veggie & Ham Omelette Cups

Welcome to the easiest meal prep idea for brekkie or snacks. These are the perfect snacks you can grab from the fridge when you're on the go or in need of a little something. Simply sub out the ham if you would prefer these to be vegetarian.
